joshJosh T. Patterson, President, Co-Founder

Josh has served as a licensed Professional Geologist (AL, FL, GA, NC), a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM No. 012520), and a Vice President / Division Director of the Site Assessment and Remediation Division of an environmental company located in six (6) states in the Southeastern US.

Josh holds an MBA in environmental business management. Representative project experience includes Program Management for remediation of discontinued operations sites for a major real estate investment trust, an annual study of all

 

contaminated facilities within the Municipality of Boca Raton, Florida, performed for the City Manager, contract managementand oversight of multi-year, ongoing service agreements with the Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA), Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD), Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD), Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND), the United States Department of Agriculture/Natural Resource Conservation Service (USDA/NRCS), the Clay County Development Authority (CCDA), as well as Volusia County and St. Johns County Land Management Systems.
